We do not guarantee search engine rankings, lead volumes, sales, or specific business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and client implementation.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms required for service delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, ownership of original deliverables created for the client transfers to the client, subject to the terms of the signed agreement. Zaplontech retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio with client permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
